4. Your unlimited right to make immediate changes in your listing information including price, description, pictures, contact information, open houses, virtual tours and anything else.
5. A free brochure container and one free open house and direction sign with additional containers and signs available at our cost.
6. Your unlimited right to post open-house notices on our website.

9. Your access to FSBO Washoe’s Services Directory which contains sample legal forms and identifies reputable escrow holders, mortgage brokers and lenders, home insurers, title insurers, home inspectors, appraisers and local attorneys who draft necessary legal documents and provide helpful advice through closing for a reasonable, fixed fee.
