FSBO Washoe Listing Agreement
FSBO Washoe County, LLC (FSBO Washoe) hereby offers Seller the following services in accordance with the provisions of this Listing Agreement:
- Upon receipt from Seller of a one-time fixed fee of $150 and Seller's personalized listing, FSBO Washoe
will list Seller's property on its web site http://www.fsbowashoecounty.com/ for 3 months and for an additional 3 months for $1 per month payable when your property is sold, taken off the market or listed with a realtor, whichever occurs first.
- Promptly on receipt of payment, FSBO Washoe will install on Seller's property a sturdy for-sale-by-owner sign at a location designated by Seller which won't interfere with underground utilities or otherwise create risk of harm. This sign will be removed by FSBO Washoe at the end of the listing. Seller agrees to pay FSBO Washoe's replacement cost if the sign is lost or seriously damaged.
- FSBO Washoe will give Seller a brochure container, an open-house sign and a sign to direct prospective buyers to the property. Upon request, FSBO Washoe will provide Seller at FSBO Washoe's cost with additional signs.
- Using FSBO Washoe’s Listing Form, Sellers may list open house dates and times and personalize their listings with up to 6 color photos and unlimited narrative text to emphasize views, yard, unique features, improvements, neighborhood and anything else Seller would like a prospective buyer to know.
- Listing information, photos and open house times may be updated by Seller at any time.
- Seller agrees not to list property listed with FSBO Washoe with a real estate broker or agent. Should Seller nevertheless elect to do so, Seller agrees to notify FSBO Washoe promptly whereupon FSBO Washoe will remove the yard sign and Seller’s listing from its web-site without refund.

Seller may accept FSBO Washoe's offer, submit listing data and pictures and effect payment on line. Sellers who elect this method should check the box below, click continue to signify acceptance of this agreement and complete the remaining steps.
LISTING BY MAIL
Alternatively, Seller(s) may accept this offer by signing and dating this Listing Agreement at the places indicated and mailing it to FSBO together with Seller’s completed Listing Form , photos and payment in the amount of $150 by following the instructions provided in Listing Your Property.
