List Your Property

Sellers may list their property on FSBO Washoe’s website either by mail or on line by following one of these simple procedures:

LISTING ON LINE

1. Read What’s Included in Your Listing.
2. Read and accept the FSBO Washoe Listing Agreement.
3. Click on Set Up an Account and follow directions for all subsequent steps.

LISTING BY MAIL

1. Read What’s Included in Your Listing. 
2. Read and accept the FSBO Washoe Listing Agreement.
3. Type or print the information asked for on the FSBO Washoe Property Listing Form.
4. Take up to six (6) photos of your home for inclusion with your listing.
5. Mark with a stake a location on your property where we can place your yard sign which won’t interfere with underground utilities or otherwise create risk of damage.
6. Write a check in the amount of $150 payable to FSBO Washoe County, LLC.
7. Mail your check, pictures, signed FSBO Washoe Listing Agreement and your FSBO Washoe Property Listing Form to:
